The current company was incorporated in Texas originally as Caro Engineering, LLC in 2005 and was later renamed as TGI Geotechnics, Inc. A dba of TGI Engineering and Consulting was later added to better represent the range of services provided by the company. Over a history of approximately 20 years, the company has grown from a geosynthetics consultancy firm to a full services civil engineering company with projects all over Texas.
