Site Design for Erosion Control & Soil Stabilization - a Case History
Erosion is one of the most challenging problems of our time. What is the number one reason for erosion? Poor site design. Many slopes and walls fail due to erosion because engineers fail to realize the importance of a balanced site design with adequate details to prevent erosion. TGI was the engineer of record for this project where we stabilized a bank of Buffalo Bayou to prevent site erosion. Many months and several storms later, the project is working well with remarkable success.

Construction Management Showcase
Recovery and Resilience Division (RRD), Harris County: TGI staff is currently working as program managers on several projects for Harris County’s Recovery and Resilience Division (RRD). RRD projects improve drainage and related infrastructure that convey water and mitigate floods. We are coordinating projects through permitting, design, and construction to ensure timely delivery.
